RECO WC SERIES

General Description

Reco series have two different type of cutting pelletizer ; air cooling ( AC ) and water cooling ( WC ) for different  type of materials.

HDPE-LDPE-LLDPE and PP ( possible to work with water cooling pelletizer )

Polymer is cut into consistend length granules by rotating variable speed (AC inverter) die face cutter  blades and is then cooled by air or water in a system comprising approx 12 m of 120 mm dia metal ducting and two chain hung cyclone.

Granules  will then exit tha cyclone directly into tha customer’s day bin. RECO series are suitable to operatein conjunction with all types of granular material metering devices, including  gravimetric batching or weight loss systems.

It is engineered for reliable, clean operation, Catering for a wide range of film widths, materials types and gauges, and is suitable for feeding most film line extruders.

Technological Explanations

RECO series are designed to directly fed on to the screw into high uality re-usable granule in one operation, without additional labour. Having been introduced into the screw, the film scrap is gently heated nd plasticised in the short conic diameter screw, prior to being filtered and then extruded through a multi-hole die face.
