DELTA SERIES

General Description

DELTA Series is a completely integrated unit with a single shaft shredder to size reduce the material, a crammer screw to convey the material to the extruder, an extruder to melt and homogenise the material, and a pelletising systemm to produce, cut and dry the material. The complete unit is automatically controlled with a PLC based system. The DELTA machine gives;

» Lowest cost recycling with an energy consumption of typically 0.25- 0.30 kWh per kg of pellets

Technological Explanations

DELTA Series has been designed to recycle thermoplastic waste into pallets. It has single short screw technology. It is a high output single unit capable of recycling material in various forms, such as; film., bags, sacks and punch-outs, purging and start-up scrap, fabrics and non-wovens, fibres, tapes and ropes.
